Union Printing — where it started (2009)
Aaron founded Union Printing, a screen-printing company, in 2009 — building it from the ground up over more than a decade before selling it. It remains the foundation of everything that followed: print taught him production, margins, and what it takes to run a business day to day.
Real estate & early-stage investing
Alongside the printing business, Aaron began purchasing and renovating houses in South Jersey, and investing in early-stage technology companies — the second and third lanes that Axxeum Partners still runs today.
The franchise years
In February 2020 Aaron opened his first Original Hot Dog Factory franchise, expanding into stadium concessions at Subaru Park and two Rita’s Italian Ice locations in 2021–22. A ghost-kitchen partnership with chef Reuben “Big Rube” Harley followed — the operator years that later shaped how he builds brands for other owners.
The Market Place & the R-Three board seat
In 2022, Aaron was appointed to the board of directors of R-Three Technologies, Inc. (OTC: RRRT), alongside Steve Cohen and Marcia Dyson. In 2024 he served briefly as Co-CEO of The Market Place, a North Carolina sandwich franchise — experience on the franchisor’s side of the table that few operators ever get.
Axxeum Partners & Sunrise Social
Today, Axxeum Partners is the parent company connecting those interests under one platform. Its flagship venture is Sunrise Social — the made-from-scratch breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept Aaron founded as Brunchaholics in 2023 and rebranded to Sunrise Social in 2025 — now franchising across six states.
